Keene Konnection guarantees products purchased will be free of defects.  We reserve the right to update designs, substitute models, or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for customers.

RETURN POLICY

Customers may return merchandise, no questions asked, within 30 days of shipping for a merchandise only refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. No collect shipments will be accepted.  All returns must be in its original saleable condition. Include all original materials sent with the merchandise. Contact us prior to shipping for a RMA#.  Keene Konnection will do everything possible to ensure orders reach their destinations in a timely manner.  However, we cannot be held responsible for refunds of merchandise, which are undeliverable or delayed because of inaccurate address information provided by the customer at the time of order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Notify Keene Konnection immediately, when merchandise is received damaged.  Customers can contact us by email or telephone with a description of damage. A RMA number and instructions will be given for the return.  All returns must be sent prepaid. Return shipping charges are eligible for refund.  No collect shipments will be accepted.  Replacements are subject to item availability. If an exact replacement is not available, a replacement of comparable or equal value will be issued.
